| A warm welcome awaits you at our Spanish Villa, a three bedroom, three bathroom property located within the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere of La Torre; a Polaris World Golf resort.
Make yourself at home in this light, bright, air-conditioned property which accommodates up to six people in comfort. The master bedroom features a double bed with en-suite bathroom and shower and has access to the two first floor terraces. The second bedroom has twin beds with an en-suite and the third bedroom has twin beds and is adjacent to a bathroom.
There is a spacious well equipped kitchen and utility area including dishwasher and washing machine. Seating can be found in the dining area and also on the terrace, which is ideal if you want to make the most of Spain's warm climate and eat 'al fresco'. The living area has comfortable sofas for relaxing, or, should you wish, watching TV or a DVD.
There is a fabulous private garden with it's own terrace which is furnished with table and chairs and a built in barbeque. There are loungers to sit and relax on, so you can make the most of the sunshine and last but by no means least there is a fantastic pool with roman steps leading down into it. The garden and pool area is a wonderful, private space where you can relax after a busy day enjoying all that La Torre has to offer.

There are 3 Bedrooms.
Bedroom 1/the Master Bedroom is on the first floor and has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and en-suite facilities. There are also two terraces/balconies from the master suite.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds and en-suite facilities.
Bedroom 3 is on the ground floor with twin beds and bathroom adjacent. |

There are 3 bathrooms in total.
En-suite to bedroom 1 has bath with shower over, vanity unit, WC and bidet.
En-suite to bedroom 2 has bath with shower over, washbasin, WC and bidet.
Bathroom adjacent to bedroom 3 has walk in shower, washbasin, WC and bidet. |
| Kitchen |
The kitchen is fully equipped including an electric hob and oven with extractor, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, juicer, coffee maker etc. |
| Utility Room |
The utility room has washing machine, iron and ironing board together with mop, bucket, brooms, dustpan etc. |
| Living Rooms |
The comfortable modern living room has two white leather sofas, large coffee table, flat screen TV, satellite television, DVD player and there is a dining area with table and chairs. |

The Garden
The Villa has it's own garden which contains the terrace, a barbeque, the pool and space to relax.
The Terraces
The terrace is the perfect place to eat and has large table and chairs together with a large built in barbeque.
The upper terraces also have table, chairs and loungers.
The Pool
There is a private pool, which is just for the Villa guests.
Wi-Fi
The Villa has free Wi-Fi.

| Further Details:
Cleaning:
The villa will be 'spick and span' for your arrival and a charge of 90 euros will be made at the end of your stay for cleaning services.
Maid Service:
Should you require maid/cleaning services this can be arranged at an additional cost.
Towels and linen:
Towels and linen are provided. Further details of the facilities available for you to use during your stay are detailed in the Amenities section.
Smoking:
The Villa is a strictly no smoking property. Under no circumstances is smoking allowed within the Villa.
Pets:
Unfortunately pets are not allowed at the Villa.
Child Friendly:
The Villa is child friendly and there is a cot available for your use. A highchair and stair guard are also available upon request, please ask when booking.

Please Note: The pictures in the Slideshow and Image Gallery are a collection of pictures taken over time. In some of the earlier images you may notice that the property border has no fence/hedge. However you will see in the later pictures that the Villa boundary is fully enclosed by fences and/or hedges. The garden and pool are now totally private, so Villa guests can relax in privacy. Decor, fixtures and fittings may change over time. |

| Our beautiful Villa is located in the La Torre Golf Resort which is one of the magnificent Polaris World complexes in Murcia. There are distinct advantages to having your holiday Villa within a resort like La Torre.
As you arrive at the gated community of La Torre, you are greeted by tree lined avenues, whitewashed villas, town houses and apartments. It is a beautiful, well thought out, well cared for, landscaped community, that includes everything you would expect from your community.
There is a "town centre" built around an attractive lake which offers restaurants and bars, so there are plenty of things you can do, without even having to leave the resort.
There is a five star intercontinental hotel spa, so if you need to relax after the stresses and strains of everyday life then why not make the most of the spa? There are also communal pools with spas around the resort together with children's play areas. In fact there is a children's play area, which includes swings just along the road from our Villa, so if you have kids it really is a child friendly place to go.
There is a well stocked supermarket on the resort so if you need any supplies you don't have to go on a trek to get them!
Also remember that La Torre is a gated community, therefore the security is second to none. Security works 24/7 at La Torre, so you and your valuables are as safe as can be!
Last but by no means least are the golfing facilities at La Torre - they really are fantastic. (Go to the 'Things to Do' page to find out more).
However if you aren't a golfer - it really doesn't matter. There is more than enough for you to do, both on the resort and within the local area. There is fantastic scenery and beaches close by, there are also many other sporting activities you can try. You can also visit beautiful historical towns and there are plenty of shops and bars to hit! Again, just click the 'Things to Do' page to find out more.
