Check that the Villa is available when you want to stay and then contact us to book your stay. You will need to pay a deposit of £150.00 when booking. Full payment is then due 8 weeks prior to your stay at the Villa. In addition to the balance due, at this time you will also need to pay an 80 euro charge for cleaning services, and a security deposit of £150.00. (The security deposit will be returned so long as no damages occur during your stay). Cleaning Services The Villa will be cleaned thoroughly prior to your arrival, therefore there is an 80 Euro charge for cleaning services per stay at the Villa. However if you would like a Maid Service facility during your stay at the Villa, this can be made available to you for an extra charge. Yes. With the McComish Spanish Holiday Villa you get the best of both worlds, you have the 24/7, 365 days a year back up and support of our agency, but also the family touch and personal care provided by the McComish Family. More details will be provided if you book a stay at the Villa. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Yes. When making payment you must also pay a £150 security deposit. This charge will be held to cover or part cover any breakages, excess cleaning costs or damage to the property. The deposit is fully refundable, provided no damage has occurred during your stay. Prior to the security deposit being returned to you the Villa is subject to inspection by the management company. Any damages will be deducted from the security deposit to cover the cost of replacement or repair. Yes. The Villa has both Air Conditioning and Central Heating, so you can be sure of being comfortable at the Villa all year round. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
No. The Villa will be thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival, and there is an 80 euro charge for this cleaning service. However during your stay you are expected to keep the Villa clean and tidy and be responsible for washing your own towels/bed linen etc. A dishwasher and a washing machine are provided for you to use. You can however arrange to have maid service for an extra charge. Yes! The Polaris World resort the Villa is on - La Torre, is a golf resort. So there is an 18 hole golf course at La Torre! Not only will you have access to this while staying at the Villa, but you can also access some of the other Polaris World Golf Courses on resorts nearby. Generally speaking Murcia weather is one of the mildest around the Costa Blanca. Temperatures hardly fall below about 10°C in winter and in summer temperatures can soar up to about 40 °C, so the weather and climate in Murcia is excellent. Murcia enjoys more than 2,800 hours of sunshine each year, and is a great destination for sun lovers with approximately 325 sunny days each year. The average annual temperature is 19.3 degrees Celsius. MURCIA WEATHER IN THE SUMMERThe weather in summer in Murcia is typically very hot with little to no rainfall. Summer temperatures in Murcia will mostly be between 25 degrees Celsius to 35 degrees Celsius during the day. Temperatures in the summer in Murcia rarely drop below 15 degrees Celsius. In August the weather in Murcia can be almost unbearably hot with some days reaching 40 degrees Celsius or more. Fortunately on most days you will most likely have cooling sea breezes. Because Murcia's humidity is low you won't feel the temperature is as high as it really is. Do take precautions and keep out of the sun between 12 o'clock and 3 o'clock. Always wear a high sun cream factor especially if you are on Murcia's beaches. MURCIA WEATHER IN THE WINTERThe weather in Murcia in winter is very mild compared to northern Europe. Most winter days in Murcia are clear and sunny. The temperatures can vary greatly in winter however, one day it can be over 20 degrees Celsius and you will be walking around in your t-shirt, on another day it can be 6 degrees Celsius and feel very cold Therefore if you are visiting Murcia in winter be careful to ensure that if you rent a villa or apartment that it has some form of heating, preferably central heating (which ours does). Even in the winter it doesn't rain much in Murcia with October being the wettest month. MURCIA CLIMATEMurcia's climate has been described by the World Health Organisation as one of being the best in the world. Murcia's summers are hot but not too hot due to the cooling breezes and the winters in Murcia are mild with many clear blue sunny days. There are 2 airports within easy traveling distance of the Villa, Alicante Airport and Murcia Airport. Murcia airport is closer to La Torre Golf Resort, where the Villa is located, at approximately 15-25 minutes by car. Alicante is a little bit further away from the Villa at approximately 45-60 minutes by car. There is also a new airport being built near La Torre, Corvera Airport, which is due for completion in 2009 and is approximately 20 minutes away from the Villa. Having these airports close by means that you have plenty of choice of flights and you should be able to get a flight from close to your home, at a time you want, that will get you very close to the Villa.
